All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update items at any time without notice.
Product Variations:
Colors, textures, and finishes may appear differently across devices or production runs due to natural variations in materials, dye processes, and lighting. These differences do not constitute defects.
Pre-Orders
All new ON/1025 releases are sold as pre-orders, clearly marked in the product description and page.
Estimated delivery windows are 4–5 weeks for production and shipment to ON/1025, though timelines may vary depending on manufacturing or supply conditions.
Please note: Estimated delivery windows are approximate and not guaranteed. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that production timelines may shift.
Production updates will be provided via email. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation unless required by law.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Prices and availability may change without prior notice.
We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all product costs, applicable taxes, and shipping fees.
You are responsible for ensuring your billing and payment information are accurate at the time of purchase.
Fraudulent transactions, chargebacks without valid cause, or attempts to dispute legitimate purchases may result in order cancellation, account suspension, and/or legal action.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship domestically within the U.S. and internationally.
Shipping costs, delivery times, and carriers vary depending on your location and selected method at checkout.
Once your order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or customs holds caused by carriers, postal services, or external factors beyond our control.
International Orders:
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
Address Accuracy:
Your shipping address can be updated within 8 hours of purchase through the order edit feature. After that window closes, we are not responsible for packages delivered to addresses that cannot be corrected.
Tracking:
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. For limited or high-value items, signature confirmation may be required.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our limited releases:
- All sales are final.
- No returns or refunds are accepted unless the item is defective upon arrival.
- Order edits including size changes and shipping address updates can be made within 8 hours of purchase through the order edit feature on our site. After 8 hours, orders are locked for production and no modifications can be made.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@on1025.com, including:
- Order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for repair, replacement, or partial refund (as determined by ON/1025).
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, garments, graphics, logos, content, text, images, and media associated with ON/1025 are the exclusive property of 1025 LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our materials without prior written permission.
User-Generated Content:
By tagging or submitting photos or content featuring ON/1025 products, you grant us a non-exclusive right to repost or share such content across our digital channels with proper credit.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse or interfere with our website or Services
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any system
- Use ON/1025 branding, trademarks, or content without authorization
- Engage in fraudulent purchasing activity (bots, automation tools, bulk resale, etc.)
Automated purchasing systems or “bot” software are strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in immediate order cancellation and account removal.
