At ON/1025, every piece is produced in limited quantities with careful craftsmanship and intention. Because of this, all sales are considered final. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the rare situations where an exception may apply.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the limited nature of ON/1025 products, all sales are considered final once placed.
We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or post-shipment exchanges.

Exception:
Size changes may be requested before shipment (see Section 3). Once an item has shipped, no modifications or returns can be accepted.

2. Pre-Orders

All ON/1025 releases are purchased as pre-orders unless otherwise stated in the product description.

  • Estimated production and delivery timelines are 4–5 weeks, though timelines may vary due to production processes or material sourcing.
  • Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund unless required by law.
  • Production updates and tracking information will be provided via email once your order is complete.

3. Size Exchanges (Before Shipment Only)

Size exchanges can be made within 8 hours of placing your order through the order edit feature on our site. Simply update your size directly before the window closes.

After 8 hours, orders are locked for production and size changes are no longer possible. We are unable to modify sizing once that window has passed, regardless of shipment status.

Once your item has shipped, we can no longer modify or exchange sizing.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@on1025.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused, and
  • Returned in their original packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will determine eligibility for repair, replacement, or partial refund, depending on the issue and product availability.

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

5. Shipping, Duties & Delays

Once orders are shipped and tracking is provided, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or customs holds caused by shipping carriers or external factors.

International Orders:
Customers outside of the United States are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be charged by their country upon delivery.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by local customs authorities.

If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number, then notify support@on1025.com so we can assist if possible.

6. Order Cancellations
