Are all products available for immediate purchase?

All new ON/1025 releases are sold as pre-orders unless otherwise noted in the product description. Once you place an order, production begins, with an estimated delivery window of 4 to 5 weeks. We will send email updates throughout the process.

What if my pre-order is delayed?

Estimated delivery windows are approximate and not guaranteed. Production timelines can shift due to manufacturing or material sourcing. We keep you informed via email throughout. Delays alone are not grounds for cancellation unless required by law in your jurisdiction.

Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final once placed. We are not able to cancel or refund orders. If you need to make a change, please do so within the 8-hour edit window after purchase.

Can I edit my order after placing it?

Yes. You have an 8-hour window after placing your order to make changes yourself, including updating your shipping address, size, or other order details. After 8 hours, orders are locked for production and can no longer be modified. If you need help within that window, you can also reach us at support@on1025.com.

I ordered the wrong size. What can I do?

You can update your size yourself within 8 hours of placing your order. After that window closes, size changes are no longer possible as production will have begun. If you are within the window and need help, email support@on1025.com with your order number and requested size.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the limited nature of ON/1025 products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on purchased items. Please review product details and sizing carefully before completing your order.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. Now what?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@on1025.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Once reviewed, we will determine eligibility for repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the situation and availability. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship both domestically within the US and internationally. Shipping costs, delivery times, and available carriers depend on your location and the method you select at checkout.

Are customs duties included in the price?

No. Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are set by local customs authorities.

My order seems lost or hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Once your order is in the carrier's hands, responsibility for delivery passes to them. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to the carrier directly using your tracking number first, then contact us at support@on1025.com and we will assist where we can.

When will I get my tracking information?

Tracking information is emailed to you once your order ships. For limited or high-value items, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods displayed at checkout, including Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely through PCI-compliant platforms. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Are prices listed in USD?

Yes, all prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability may change without prior notice.

Do you sell my personal information?

No. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share limited data only with trusted partners who help us operate, such as payment processors, shipping providers, and analytics tools, and only as necessary for them to do their job.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by emailing us at support@on1025.com. Transactional and order-related emails will still be sent as needed to complete your purchase.

How do I request access to or deletion of my data?
